CHEESE

Class, blah, then we all hung out until bus-ing it over to a fromagerie for a CHEESE TASTING!!!

Cheese tasting today. Yum. Yum.yummm. And I learned all it takes to age cheese is milk, salt and water being rubbed on it a lot by fromagerie men. A bunch of us had some wine with our cheese, UMMMYUM.

Dinner was sheep with some spanish mustard/mayo thing and noodles and salad :) An easygoing night with some fun skyping :)
