Random blurbs

Also, some small things i never wrote about:

My every-morning breakfast is REAL fresh bread, REAL butter with omega 3s and REAL, REAL, REALLLL apple confiture or jam. i love mornings.

i dont think i could live in france unless my family/friends moved with me. so if i fall in love here, it will be with someone who will live in the usa. at least for now. and i might ;) lol

my bed is so comfy, sleeping in feels amazing.

i love that i always wake up to my alarm clock, it is quieter than my alarm at home but i always wake up. i love that.

i wish i had more time/energy to read, i brought too many books.

dogs don't come up to you in france like at home. i have yet to pet a strangers dog and it sort of makes me sad b/c dogs are everywhere, everywhere. once though, a baby poodley pup came up to me then i teared up, im such a sap and i miss my pup at home. its weird that a dog coming up to me made me homesick?

everything tastes so fresh here, like without corn syrup and other added things. my one friend said you will never be able to eat at olive garden again, i said i probably still would but i would miss out on the freshness of france.

i want to cook. only french food. but i want to learn french cuisine, especially pays basque and bearnaise cuisine, hopefully someone (cough mom cough) will help me when i get home.

i found out i can only pack 2 bottles of wine to bring home with me on the plane. boo. i will bring one speciality of pau (jurancon) and buy another in paris before i leave in about 7 weeks.

it is already my 3rd week HOW STRANGE. time fliessss.

everyone here is getting sick w/ this weird, lose your voice and cough a little and have a headache thing. it makes me nervous b/c everyone here tries each others food and drinks. i mean, we all do it to get the most tastes of france as possible but i have stopped sharing drinks with people that are feeling ill.

this post was random but i thought i would write it for fyi stuff.

  1. You can also examine the cost and possibility of shipping things home too, so you can have more varieties etc! We do that often when we are abroad, but I don't know how they are about shipping wine.
